Credit Cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. You’ll have added peace of mind knowing all payments are processed securely through our online Worldpay portal.

BACS

Account Payments

We accept account payments for agreed credit amounts.

Standard delivery

In-stock items are available “off-the-shelf” for immediate dispatch.

All standard deliveries are dispatched on a 1-5  working day basis. Customised items may require a longer lead time. Please contact us for further details

Next-day delivery

For those urgent occasions when a standard delivery isn’t quick enough – we can offer Next Day delivery to ensure your consignment will be delivered before a certain time. These services will be charged at an additional cost.

International delivery

We also offer international delivery on all of our products, so no matter where you are, you can receive your order. 

Please note additional charges will apply based on weight, package dimensions, and destination. Local taxes and import duties may have to be paid on receipt of goods.

We want you to have a positive experience with Anco Storage. However, sometimes you may need to return your goods.

You will be responsible for the cost of returns of the goods to us.

We highly recommend you return your items(s) via a tracked service. If a tracked service is not used then return postage is at your own cost/risk.​

  • Returned goods must be in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. Where you’ve failed to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
  • Please clearly state the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. We’re only able to exchange items for the same product.
  • In most circumstances, if a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we’ll transfer the money using the same method originally used to pay for your purchase.

Yes. Providing accurate delivery information such as a contact name and phone number is a core requirement of the courier services we utilise.

Whilst not all products have colour variation options, certain products Anco Storage provides do have options in terms of colour preferences, such as the Heavy Rivet Racking range and our Rhino Bins.​

​Simply include your colour preference in any enquiries/orders and this will help our team process your request and can help avoid potential delays if this information is not present.
